These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the My Sky Trip website and advisor-assisted travel services operated by Sky Trip LLC. By using our website, contacting us, or requesting travel planning assistance, you agree to these Terms.

Advisor-Assisted Travel Services

My Sky Trip provides travel planning, advisory, and coordination support for services such as flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, rail and ground transportation, car rentals, vacation homes, yacht charters, tours, activities and attractions, transfers, travel protection, and other travel essentials. We serve family, luxury, and corporate travelers worldwide and can coordinate a single reservation or an entire journey end to end, brought together into one coordinated itinerary.

We may help review travel needs, compare available options, prepare recommendations, coordinate booking support, and communicate travel details. My Sky Trip does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, car rental companies, tour operators, travel protection providers, or other third-party travel suppliers.

No Affiliate Links & Digital Guide Purchases

Our website contains no affiliate links, sponsored placements, or paid endorsements. Travel itself (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other supplier services) is never booked or ticketed on this website; it is arranged directly with a My Sky Trip advisor and the applicable suppliers.

Separately, My Sky Trip offers its own digital travel guides for purchase, both individually and through an all-access subscription. These guides are our own digital content created by Sky Trip LLC, not affiliate links or sponsored placements. They are informational and do not book, hold, or guarantee any travel, price, or availability. Sample itineraries and destination content elsewhere on the site remain illustrations of the kinds of trips we plan and are not offers of any specific fare, rate, package, or availability.

Third-Party Travel Providers

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their own terms, conditions, pricing, availability, rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, documentation requirements, and privacy practices.

Supplier pricing, availability, schedules, amenities, routes, policies, and fees may change without notice. My Sky Trip is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, cancellations, overbookings, service disruptions, schedule changes, denied boarding, lost baggage, or other issues controlled by third-party providers.

Fees, Pricing & Compensation

My Sky Trip may charge planning, consultation, advisory, or service fees for travel assistance. These fees vary based on the complexity and scope of the trip, and any such fees will be communicated before you agree to the service.

Travel prices, taxes, fees, deposits, and payment deadlines are determined by the applicable supplier or provider and may change until confirmed. Where pricing or fees are provided by My Sky Trip, we aim to communicate them clearly and accurately based on the information available at the time.

In some cases, Sky Trip LLC may also receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation from a travel supplier, booking platform, host agency, advisor program, affiliate or partner program, or service provider if a booking or purchase is completed, including when you choose to use a recommendation or link we share with you directly during planning. Any such compensation is paid to us by the supplier or program and comes at no additional cost to you. It does not apply to every service or booking and does not require you to choose any specific provider, supplier, or travel option. Additional details are provided in our Disclosure.

Digital Guides, Subscriptions & Refunds

Prices for digital guides and subscriptions are shown in US dollars and may change over time. On the web, payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, and we do not receive or store your full card number. In our iOS and Android apps, digital purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems, and their terms also apply.

Access is delivered digitally and immediately after purchase and is tied to the email or account used at purchase. Because digital guides are delivered instantly, all sales of individual guides are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

The all-access subscription is offered on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: for a subscription purchased on our website, contact us at info@myskytrip.com and we will stop future renewals; for one purchased through the App Store or Google Play, manage it in your Apple or Google account, subject to their auto-renewal terms. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Digital guides are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the content, in whole or in part.

Booking Authorization & Payments

When you ask us to proceed with a booking, you authorize My Sky Trip to make reservations on your behalf with the applicable travel suppliers, using the traveler details and payment information you provide for that purpose. We will confirm key details with you before completing a booking.

Payments for travel services are generally processed by the applicable supplier or provider, such as the airline, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator, and the supplier's name may appear on your payment statement. Planning, consultation, or service fees, when applicable, are charged separately by Sky Trip LLC and communicated in advance.

For your security, please do not send full payment card numbers, passport numbers, or other highly sensitive details through general website forms or ordinary email. When sensitive details are required to complete a booking, we will collect them through a secure method.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, change, credit, voucher, and refund rights are generally controlled by the applicable travel provider and any laws or regulations that apply to the specific travel service. Supplier penalties, non-refundable deposits, fare rules, and administrative fees may apply.

My Sky Trip may assist with supplier communications where reasonably possible, but final decisions regarding cancellations, changes, credits, vouchers, refunds, and remedies are controlled by the applicable provider and applicable law.

Traveler Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all travel details before confirming a booking, including traveler names, dates, destinations, room types, cabin categories, flight times, passport details, cancellation rules, supplier terms, and total costs.

You are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining required passports, visas, entry documents, health documents, vaccinations, permits, consent forms for minors, and any other travel documents required by airlines, cruise lines, countries, states, local authorities, or travel suppliers.

We strongly recommend travel protection (travel insurance) appropriate to your trip. Travel protection products are offered by licensed third-party providers and are subject to the applicable provider's policy terms, conditions, and exclusions. If you purchase travel protection we recommend, we may receive compensation from the provider or its program, as described in our Disclosure. Sky Trip LLC is not an insurance company.

Travel Documents, Entry Rules & Safety

Entry requirements, passport validity rules, visa requirements, health requirements, local laws, and travel advisories may change. You should review official government and supplier information before travel and continue monitoring requirements through your departure and return.

My Sky Trip may provide general reminders or guidance, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of government, supplier, health, safety, immigration, or destination requirements.

Events Beyond Our Control

Neither Sky Trip LLC nor travel suppliers can control events such as weather, natural disasters, acts of government, border or entry decisions, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, mechanical failures, or other force majeure events. Such events may affect travel plans without notice, and available remedies, if any, are governed by the applicable supplier's terms and applicable law.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed without notice. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content, service descriptions, availability references, or destination information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Third-Party Websites & Embedded Tools

Our website may link to official government resources, social media platforms, and other third-party websites, and it uses embedded forms operated by a trusted forms provider to receive your requests. Third-party websites and tools are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Intellectual Property

The My Sky Trip name, branding, website content, design elements, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sky Trip LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Trip LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website, travel planning services, supplier services, travel disruptions, or third-party provider actions. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Disclosure

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Disclosure.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, supplier relationships, or legal requirements. Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
